You agree not to misuse the system, attempt unauthorized access, or distribute harmful software.
You must comply with all applicable employment and tax laws when processing payroll.
Certain features may require a subscription. Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement.
Non-payment may result in the suspension of access to premium features.
All content, trademarks, and software related to PagarMaster are owned by Webteam Private Limited.
You may not copy, modify, or resell any part of the platform without written permission.
PagarMaster provides its services "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for data loss, errors, system downtime, or any indirect damages.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by Indian law, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Nashik.
